MATFORGED SHIPPING POLICY
Made-to-Order Production Every MatForged item is printed specifically for your order. Because of this, please allow time for both production and shipping before your order arrives.
Production & Shipping Timeframes
- Production: 7–10 business days
- Shipping: Varies based on carrier and selected shipping method at checkout
Delivery times may be extended during holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume.
Where We Ship MatForged currently ships throughout the United States. We hope to expand international shipping as we continue to grow.
Order Changes & Cancellations Orders begin processing quickly after they're placed. If you need to make a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at matforged302@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has started.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives with a printing defect, manufacturing defect, wrong item, or production damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the problem is a production error, we'll make it right.
